Knowledge Audit
Questions focus on what are the most important recurring events, situations, and circumstances in which Knowledge is produced and consumed within the organization. How is this information related to the organization’s goals and objectives to influence the organizational change required to complete the Knowledge Storyboard

Knowledge Storyboard

Knowledge Network

As a result of this process, organizations can apply best practices to similar, recurring situations to produce predictable effects, apply validated concepts to new situations to produce innovations, and refine guidelines through repeated application and verification.
